Searches and previous reports
Before initiating the procedures to request a registration we advise to carry out a small investigation through which we can check if the name, drawing or invention that we are interested in is free or has already been registered by another person.
At the same time this research allows us to know the records of industrial property that has a certain person or company.
Types of reports
Basic
List of those records that contain the chosen word or belong to the researched holder and that have been requested in Spain since the year 1996 and until the date of publication of the last bulletin.
European basic
List of records containing the word chosen or belonging to the holder investigated and requested as a CTM (EU) until the date of publication of the last bulletin.
Complete by denomination
Line up that includes records with identical or similar names to the chosen one and for the same type of product or services without limit of antiquity and knowing if it is in force.
Complete by Holder
Listing that includes records registered in the name of the person or company investigated without an age limit and knowing if it is in effect.
Technical by denomination
Technical study elaborated by our legal department in which an enumeration of the records similar to the chosen name that are more dangerous is performed, the data on the state, application and ownership of these records are interpreted, and It includes a final advising section with those suggestions that, according to the study data, can facilitate the obtaining of the registry.
Graphic Technician
Technical study elaborated by our legal department in which an enumeration of the records similar to the graphic description introduced is performed, the data on the state, application and ownership of these records are interpreted, and a Final advice section with those suggestions that, according to the study data, can facilitate the obtaining of the registry.
Patent technician
It includes both official list issued by the OEPM on similar inventions as the technical study elaborated by our legal department interpreting this list.
